كِتَٰبٌ
(এই) কিতাব
A Book

أَنزَلْنَٰهُ
তা আমরা অবতীর্ণ করেছি
which We have revealed

إِلَيْكَ
তোমার প্রতি
to you

لِتُخْرِجَ
যেন তুমি বের করো
so that you may bring out
so that you may bring out
ٱلنَّاسَ
মানুষকে
the mankind
the mankind
مِنَ
থেকে
from
from
ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ
অন্ধকারসমূহ
the darkness[es]
the darkness[es]
إِلَى
দিকে
to
to
ٱلنُّورِ
আলোর
the light
the light
بِإِذْنِ
অনুমতিক্রমে
by the permission
by the permission
رَبِّهِمْ
তাদের রবের
(of) their Lord

إِلَىٰ
দিকে

صِرَٰطِ
পথের
the Path
the Path
ٱلْعَزِيزِ
পরাক্রমশালী
(of) the All-Mighty
(of) the All-Mighty
ٱلْحَمِيدِ
প্রশংসিত
the Praiseworthy

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহ

ٱلَّذِى
তিনিই
(is) the One

لَهُۥ
জন্যে যার
to Him (belongs)
to Him (belongs)
مَا
যা কিছূু
whatever
whatever
فِى
মধ্যে আছে
(is) in
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
আকাশের
the heavens

وَمَا
ও যা কিছু
and whatever
and whatever
فِى
মধ্যে আছে
(is) in
(is) in
ٱلْأَرْضِ
পৃথিবীর
the earth
the earth
وَوَيْلٌ
এবং দুর্ভোগ
And woe
And woe
لِّلْكَٰفِرِينَ
কাফেরদের জন্যে
to the disbelievers
to the disbelievers
مِنْ
হতে
from
from
عَذَابٍ
শাস্তি
the punishment
the punishment
شَدِيدٍ
কঠোর
severe
severe
৩
ٱلَّذِينَ
যারা
Those who
Those who
يَسْتَحِبُّونَ
প্রাধান্য দেয়
love more
love more
ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ
জীবনকে
the life
the life
ٱلدُّنْيَا
পার্থিব
(of) the world
(of) the world
عَلَى
উপর
than
than
ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
আখিরাতের
the Hereafter
the Hereafter
وَيَصُدُّونَ
ও (মানুষকে) বাধা দেয়

عَن
থেকে

سَبِيلِ
পথ

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর

وَيَبْغُونَهَا
ও তাকে করতে চায়

বাঁকা

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
ঐসব লোক

فِى
মধ্যে আছে

ضَلَٰلٍۭ
বিপথে
(are) far astray

بَعِيدٍ
(বহু) দূরে
(are) far astray
(are) far astray
৪
وَمَآ
এবং নি

أَرْسَلْنَا
আমরা পাঠাই

مِن
কোনো
any

رَّسُولٍ
রাসূলকে
Messenger
Messenger
إِلَّا
ছাড়া
except
except
بِلِسَانِ
দিয়ে ভাষা
with the language
with the language
قَوْمِهِۦ
তার জাতির
(of) his people
(of) his people
لِيُبَيِّنَ
যেন সুস্পষ্ট করে বর্ণনা করেন
so that he might make clear
so that he might make clear
لَهُمْ
তাদেরকে
for them
for them
فَيُضِلُّ
অতঃপর পথভ্রষ্ট করেন

ইচ্ছে করেন

وَهُوَ
এবং তিনি

ٱلْعَزِيزُ
পরাক্রমশালী
(is) the All-Mighty

ٱلْحَكِيمُ
প্রজ্ঞাময়
the All-Wise
the All-Wise

وَلَقَدْ
এবং নিশ্চয়ই
And verily
And verily
أَرْسَلْنَا
আমরা প্রেরণ করেছিলাম

مُوسَىٰ
মুসাকে

Musa
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ
দিয়ে আমাদের নিদর্শনাদি
with Our Signs
with Our Signs
أَنْ
যে
that
that
أَخْرِجْ
"বের করো
"Bring out
"Bring out
قَوْمَكَ
তোমার জাতিকে
your people
your people
مِنَ
থেকে
from
from
ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ
অন্ধকারসমূহ
the darkness[es]

إِلَى
দিকে
to
to
ٱلنُّورِ
আলোর
the light
the light
وَذَكِّرْهُم
এবং তাদেরকে উপদেশ দাও
And remind them

بِأَيَّىٰمِ
দিয়ে দিনগুলো
of the days
of the days
ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর"
(of) Allah"

إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই

فِى
মধ্যে আছে

ذَٰلِكَ
এর

لَءَايَٰتٍ
অবশ্যই নিদর্শনাবলী
surely (are) the signs

لِّكُلِّ
জন্যে প্রত্যেক

صَبَّارٍ
পরম ধৈর্যশীল

شَكُورٍ
পরম কৃতজ্ঞ ব্যক্তির
and thankful

وَإِذْ
এবং স্মরণ করো যখন

বলেছিলো

لِقَوْمِهِ
তার জাতিকে

ٱذْكُرُوا۟
"তোমরা স্মরণ করো

অনুগ্রহ

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর

عَلَيْكُمْ
তোমাদের উপর

إِذْ
যখন

أَنجَىٰكُم
তোমাদের তিনি রক্ষা করেন
He saved you

مِّنْ
থেকে
from

ءَالِ
সম্প্রদায়
(the) people
(the) people
فِرْعَوْنَ
ফিরাউনের
(of) Firaun
(of) Firaun
يَسُومُونَكُمْ
তোমাদের উপর তারা প্রয়োগ করতো
they were afflicting you
they were afflicting you
سُوٓءَ
নিকৃষ্ট
(with) evil
(with) evil
ٱلْعَذَابِ
শাস্তি
torment
torment
وَيُذَبِّحُونَ
এবং তারা জবেহ করতো
and were slaughtering
and were slaughtering
أَبْنَآءَكُمْ
তোমাদের পুত্রসন্তানদেরকে
your sons
your sons
وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ
ও তারা জীবিত রাখতো
and letting live
and letting live
نِسَآءَكُمْ
তোমাদের মেয়েদেরকে
your women
your women
وَفِى
এবং মধ্যে (ছিলো)
And in
And in
ذَٰلِكُم
এর তোমাদের জন্যে
that
that
بَلَآءٌ
পরীক্ষা
(was) a trial
(was) a trial
مِّن
থেকে
from
from
رَّبِّكُمْ
তোমাদের রবের
your Lord
your Lord
عَظِيمٌ
বিরাট"
great"
great"
৭
وَإِذْ
এবং (স্মরণ করো) যখন

تَأَذَّنَ
ঘোষণা করেন
proclaimed
proclaimed
رَبُّكُمْ
তোমার রব
your Lord
your Lord
لَئِن
"অবশ্যই যদি
"If
"If
شَكَرْتُمْ
তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞ হও
you are thankful
you are thankful
لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ
এবং তোমাদের অবশ্যই অধিক দিবো
surely I will increase you;

وَلَئِن
আর অবশ্যই যদি
but if
but if
كَفَرْتُمْ
তোমরা অকৃতজ্ঞ হও
you are ungrateful
you are ungrateful
إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই (তবে)

عَذَابِى
আমার শাস্তি

لَشَدِيدٌ
অবশ্যই কঠোর"

তোমরা

ٱلْأَرْضِ
পৃথিবীর

جَمِيعًا
সকলেই
all

فَإِنَّ
তবুও নিশ্চয়ই

ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহ

لَغَنِىٌّ
অবশ্যই অভাবমুক্ত
certainly (is) Free of need

حَمِيدٌ
প্রশংসিত"

أَلَمْ
কাছে কি
Has not

يَأْتِكُمْ
আসে নি তোমাদের
come to you

نَبَؤُا۟
সংবাদ
(the) news

ٱلَّذِينَ
(তাদের) যারা
(of) those who
(of) those who
مِن
থেকে
(were) before you

قَبْلِكُمْ
পূর্ব তোমাদের (ছিলো)
(were) before you

قَوْمِ
জাতি
the people
the people
نُوحٍ
নূহের
of Nuh

وَعَادٍ
ও আদ
and Aad
and Aad
وَثَمُودَ
ও সামুদ
and Thamud
and Thamud
وَٱلَّذِينَ
এবং যারা
and those who
and those who
مِنۢ
থেকে
(were) after them?
(were) after them?
بَعْدِهِمْ
তাদের পর (এসেছে)
(were) after them?
(were) after them?
لَا
না
None
None
يَعْلَمُهُمْ
তাদেরকে কেউ জানে
knows them
knows them
إِلَّا
ব্যতীত
except
except
ٱللَّهُ
আল্লাহ

جَآءَتْهُمْ
তাদের কাছে এসেছিলো
Came to them

رُسُلُهُم
তাদের রাসূলরা
their Messengers
their Messengers
بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ
নিয়ে সুস্পষ্ট নিদর্শনাদী
with clear proofs
with clear proofs
فَرَدُّوٓا۟
অতঃপর তারা ফিরিয়েছে

أَيْدِيَهُمْ
তাদের হাতগুলো
their hands
their hands
فِىٓ
মধ্যে
in

أَفْوَٰهِهِمْ
তাদের মুখগুলোর
their mouths
their mouths
وَقَالُوٓا۟
এবং তা বলেছিলো

إِنَّا
"নিশ্চয়ই
"indeed, we
"indeed, we
كَفَرْنَا
আমরা অস্বীকার করলাম
[we] disbelieve
[we] disbelieve
بِمَآ
ঐ বিষয়ে যা
in what

أُرْسِلْتُم
তোমরা প্রেরিত হয়েছো
you have been sent
you have been sent
بِهِۦ
ঐ সম্বন্ধে
with [it]
with [it]
وَإِنَّا
এবং নিশ্চয়ই আমরা
and indeed, we
and indeed, we
لَفِى
অবশ্যই মধ্যে
(are) surely in

شَكٍّ
সন্দেহের
doubt

مِّمَّا
তা হ'তে যা

تَدْعُونَنَآ
আমাদের তোমরা ডাকছো

إِلَيْهِ
তারই দিকে

مُرِيبٍ
সন্দেহ উদ্রেককারী"

রাসূলরা তাদের

أَفِى
"কি আছে

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর (সম্বন্ধে)

شَكٌّ
কোনো সন্দেহ
any doubt
any doubt
فَاطِرِ
যিনি সৃষ্টিকর্তা
(the) Creator
(the) Creator
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
আকাশের
(of) the heavens
(of) the heavens
وَٱلْأَرْضِ
ও পৃথিবীর
and the earth?
and the earth?
يَدْعُوكُمْ
তিনি ডাকছেন তোমাদেরকে
He invites you
He invites you
لِيَغْفِرَ
মাফ করে দেয়ার জন্যে
so that He may forgive
so that He may forgive
لَكُم
তোমাদের
for you
for you
مِّن
থেকে
[of]
[of]
ذُنُوبِكُمْ
তোমাদের পাপসমূহ
your sins
your sins
وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمْ
এবং অবকাশ দিবেন তোমাদের
and give you respite
and give you respite
إِلَىٰٓ
পর্যন্ত

أَجَلٍ
কাল
a term
a term
مُّسَمًّى
নির্দিষ্ট"
appointed"

قَالُوٓا۟
তারা বলেছিলো

إِنْ
"নও

"Not
أَنتُمْ
তোমরা

إِلَّا
ব্যতীত
(are) but
(are) but
بَشَرٌ
মানুষ
a human

مِّثْلُنَا
আমাদের মতো
like us

تُرِيدُونَ
তোমরা চাচ্ছো
you wish
you wish
أَن
যে
to
to
تَصُدُّونَا
তোমরা আমাদের বিরত রাখবে
hinder us

عَمَّا
ঐ বিষয়ে যা
from what
from what
كَانَ
ছিলো
used to

يَعْبُدُ
ইবাদত করে আসছে
worship

ءَابَآؤُنَا
আমাদের পূর্ব-পুরুষরা
our forefathers

فَأْتُونَا
অতএব আমাদের কাছে আসো

بِسُلْطَٰنٍ
নিয়ে কোনো প্রমাণ

مُّبِينٍ
সুস্পষ্ট"

مِّثْلُكُمْ
তোমাদের মতো

وَلَٰكِنَّ
কিন্তু

ٱللَّهَ

يَمُنُّ
ধন্য করেন
bestows His Grace

عَلَىٰ
উপর

مَن
যাকে

يَشَآءُ
ইচ্ছে করেন

مِنْ
মধ্য হ'তে

عِبَادِهِۦ
তাঁর দাসদের

His slaves
وَمَا
এবং নয়

كَانَ
কাজ

لَنَآ
আমাদের

أَن
যে

نَّأْتِيَكُم
তোমাদের কাছে আসবো আমরা

بِسُلْطَٰنٍ
নিয়ে কোন প্রমাণ

إِلَّا
ব্যতীত

بِإِذْنِ
অনুমতিক্রমে
by the permission of Allah

وَعَلَى

فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ
ভরসা করা উচিত

ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ
মু’মিনদের

وَمَا
এবং কি হয়েছে

لَنَآ
আমাদের
(is) for us
(is) for us
أَلَّا
যে না
that not
that not
نَتَوَكَّلَ
আমরা ভরসা করবো
we put our trust
we put our trust
عَلَى
উপর
upon
upon
ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর
Allah
Allah
وَقَدْ
অথচ নিশ্চয়ই
while certainly
while certainly
هَدَىٰنَا
আমাদের তিনি পথ দেখিয়েছেন
He has guided us

سُبُلَنَا
আমাদের পথসমূহে
to our ways?
to our ways?
وَلَنَصْبِرَنَّ
এবং অবশ্যই আমরা ধৈর্য ধরবো
And surely we will bear with patience

عَلَىٰ
উপর

مَآ
যা কিছু

ءَاذَيْتُمُونَا
আমাদের তোমরা কষ্ট দিচ্ছো
harm you may cause us
harm you may cause us
وَعَلَى
এবং উপর

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর
Allah

فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ
ভরসা করা উচিত
so let put (their) trust
so let put (their) trust
ٱلْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ
ভরসাকারীদের"
the ones who put (their) trust"

১৩
وَقَالَ
এবং বলেছিলো

ٱلَّذِينَ
যারা
those who
those who
كَفَرُوا۟
অস্বীকার করেছিলো
disbelieved
disbelieved
لِرُسُلِهِمْ
তাদের রাসূলদের
to their Messengers
to their Messengers
لَنُخْرِجَنَّكُم
তোমাদের অবশ্যই বের করবোই
Surely we will drive you out
Surely we will drive you out
مِّنْ
থেকে
of
of
أَرْضِنَآ
আমাদের দেশ
our land
our land
أَوْ
অথবা
or
or
لَتَعُودُنَّ
তোমরা অবশ্যই ফিরে আসবে
surely you should return
surely you should return
فِى
মধ্যে
to
to
مِلَّتِنَا
আমাদের ধর্মমতে"
our religion"
our religion"
فَأَوْحَىٰٓ
অতঃপর ওহী করলেন

إِلَيْهِمْ
তাদের প্রতি

رَبُّهُمْ
তাদের রব
their Lord

لَنُهْلِكَنَّ
"আমরা অবশ্যই ধ্বংস করবোই
"We will surely destroy
"We will surely destroy
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
সীমালঙ্ঘনকারীদের
the wrongdoers
the wrongdoers
১৪
وَلَنُسْكِنَنَّكُمُ
এবং তোমাদেরকে অবশ্যই আমরা প্রতিষ্ঠিত করবোই
And surely We will make you dwell
And surely We will make you dwell
ٱلْأَرْضَ
দেশে
(in) the land
(in) the land
مِنۢ
থেকে
after them
after them
بَعْدِهِمْ
তাদের পর
after them
after them
ذَٰلِكَ
এটা
That
That
لِمَنْ
(তার) জন্যে যে
(is) for whoever
(is) for whoever
خَافَ
ভয় করে
fears
fears
مَقَامِى
আমার সামনে দাঁড়াতে
standing before Me
standing before Me
وَخَافَ
ও ভয় করে
and fears
and fears
وَعِيدِ
আমার শাস্তির"

وَٱسْتَفْتَحُوا۟
এবং তারা জয়ী হয়ে চাইলো
And they sought victory

وَخَابَ
কিন্তু ব্যর্থ হলো

جَبَّارٍ
উদ্ধত

عَنِيدٍ
স্বৈরাচারী (সত্যের দুশমন)

১৬
مِّن
থেকে

وَرَآئِهِۦ
তার পিছন (রয়েছে)

جَهَنَّمُ
জাহান্নাম
(is) Hell
(is) Hell
وَيُسْقَىٰ
এবং পান করানো হবে
and he will be made to drink
and he will be made to drink
مِن
থেকে
of
of
مَّآءٍ
পানি
water
water
صَدِيدٍ
গলিত পুঁজের
purulent
purulent
১৭
يَتَجَرَّعُهُۥ
তা সে ঢোক গিলবে
He will sip it
He will sip it
وَلَا
অথচ না
but not
but not
يَكَادُ
প্রায় সম্ভব হবে
he will be near
he will be near
يُسِيغُهُۥ
তা গেলা
(to) swallowing it
(to) swallowing it
وَيَأْتِيهِ
এবং তার কাছে আসবে
And will come to him

ٱلْمَوْتُ
মৃত্যু(যন্ত্রণা)

জায়গা (দিক)

দৃষ্টান্ত

যারা (তাদের)

كَفَرُوا۟
অস্বীকার করেছে

بِرَبِّهِمْ
তাদের রবের সাথে

أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ
তাদের কাজসমূহ
their deeds
their deeds
كَرَمَادٍ
মতো ছাইভস্মের
(are) like ashes
(are) like ashes
ٱشْتَدَّتْ
প্রচন্ড চলে
blows furiously

بِهِ
তার সাথে
on it
on it
ٱلرِّيحُ
বাতাস
the wind
the wind
فِى
মধ্যে
in
in
يَوْمٍ
দিনের
a day
a day
عَاصِفٍ
ঝড়ের
stormy
stormy
لَّا
না

يَقْدِرُونَ
তারা সমর্থ হবে
control (they have)

مِمَّا
তা হ'তে যা

كَسَبُوا۟
তারা উপার্জন করেছে
they have earned

عَلَىٰ

কিছুর

ذَٰلِكَ

هُوَ
সেই

ٱلضَّلَٰلُ
বিভ্রান্তি
(is) the straying

ٱلْبَعِيدُ
দূরের

أَلَمْ
নি কি

تَرَ
তুমি দেখো
you see
you see
أَنَّ
যে
that
that
ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহ

خَلَقَ
সৃষ্টি করেছেন
created
created
